Abstract
“It’s no good,” Chevalier lamented. “I’ve checked private and corporate manifests, Jovian schedules, military resources, transports from Venus to Miranda. There’s nothing available with the capacity to get out there in time. And our one fast transport at Iapetus just blew an engine. They’re waiting on parts all the way from Mars.”
