Abstract

Current article discusses a possibility of applying wavelets based on the Poisson kernel for processing and interpretation the area potential fields. By analyzing their wavelet-spectrum, it is possible to determine the position of sources. It is also possible to reconstruct or calculate the transformants of the original signal using the inverse wavelet transform of the wavelet-spectrum.
