Abstract
To conclude this thesis, I will summarise the multiple studies that were performed which comprise the modelling and measurement of light scattering in brain tissue, how we used those results for current and future studies, and finally how we used light and combined optical systems to overcome the invasive nature of pre-existing methods in the study of vestibular system in zebrafish.
