Abstract
Findings on data collected in this study on the relationship between psychological empowerment and job satisfaction along with the demographic variables are presented here. Related research findings on psychological empowerment of employees in the banking sector, the relationship between psychological empowerment and job satisfaction and job-related stress among employees working in banks, the relationship between all the dimensions of psychological empowerment and job satisfaction, the contribution of dimensions of psychological empowerment to overall psychological empowerment and the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relation between psychological empowerment and job related stress are also discussed.
