Abstract
Bookshops are stuffed with business books dedicated to managing change on the premise that we don’t naturally like change, we don’t want it, and we struggle to cope with it. We prefer the status quo. We like to have familiarity so we know how the land lies and we can develop a structure or norm within which we do our work. It gives us a foundation.
