The Wellbeing Workout

Abstract

One of the big sources of stress for many of us is workload; having too much to do and not enough time to do it. This might be because the demands on our roles are excessive or we take on more than we should. Sometimes we think we can do anything. In reality we can’t do everything. Either way, one of the solutions is to learn to be better at delegating some of this work to others who have the capacity and capability to do so.
