Abstract
Rheumatologic disorders can contribute substantially to inflammatory arthropathies of the axial and appendicular skeleton. Seronegative spondyloarthropathies refer to various systemic rheumatologic disorders that are traditionally negative for rheumatoid factor (RF). Many of these conditions can be treated early and effectively with biologic agents prior to the manifestation of skeletal damage.
