Abstract

No one can deny the role of knowledge management and information systems in improving the quality of services being provided by educational institutions. The aim of the current research paper is to propose a model of knowledge management and information systems at the Faculty of Education in Kuwait University, in an attempt to improve outputs obtained from Kuwaiti higher education institutions. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher will depend on reviewing relevant literature related to knowledge management and information systems to determine the critical elements of the proposed model.
