Abstract
This chapter discusses two cases of chronic ocular disorders that commonly involve systemic features of nasal allergies. Atopic keratoconjunctivitis (AKC) has differentiating feature from other ocular surface disorders including vernal keratoconjunctivitis (VKC) while another commonly seen condition is dry eye as a comorbidity of seasonal allergies. These two conditions have a significant overlap and similarities and differences between the two are discussed. The diagnosis is discussed as well as treatment options for both cases along with the best treatment choice for each patient. The differential diagnosis is discussed for each case as well as signs and symptoms for other ocular conditions that may mimic AKC or dry eye syndrome.
