Abstract
This article presents the correlations between the practices applied by the Scrum framework and the 10 Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (PECs) associated with the performance of successful entrepreneurs and validated by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). This is based on our observation as consultants and on the experience in implementing the Scrum framework in software companies over the last 5 years.
