Abstract
An 80-year-old woman presented with a Zone III open globe injury of the right eye with associated suprachoroidal hemorrhage and total retinal detachment from a fall. The patient initially presented with 360-degree bullous subconjunctival hemorrhage and dense vitreous hemorrhage prompting surgical exploration and identification of the posterior rupture. The patient underwent repair of this open globe injury and then followed up for a retinal evaluation. Subsequently, the patient underwent drainage of the suprachoroidal hemorrhage and repair of the total retinal detachment.
