Abstract
In this chapter, we describe the pivotal changes that occurred for women leaders from a variety of ages, industries, and backgrounds which provided the impetus for them for personal and professional learning. But before we share the stories, we will first provide a short foundation of theory about transformative learning. We then conclude with our observations and what we offer as best practices for continued learning and thriving as a woman leader.
Some leaders are born women.
