Abstract
Reduction is an essential part of a successful fracture fixation procedure. It facilitates anatomical restoration of the affected bone fragments allowing restoration of bone continuity and thus promoting bone healing. It can be achieved either by open or closed approaches using different instruments and different techniques. In this chapter an overview of fracture reduction principles, instruments used and tips and tricks is presented.
