Abstract
Prurigo nodularis is a condition involving itchy hard nodules on the skin.
The etiology of prurigo nodularis is unknown. The condition is more common in adults, and the nodules are often multiple in number. Multiple treatments have been tried to manage the itch, but topical or intralesional steroids are most commonly used along with antihistamines. The condition can be very difficult to treat.
