Abstract
A 56-year-old woman presented with dyspnea on exertion (functional class III) with recent exacerbation (during the previous 2–3 months). She was a known case of asthma of 10-year duration. Physical examination revealed a continuous murmur at the second intercostal space. Electrocardiography was normal. She was referred to our echocardiography laboratory for stress echocardiography to rule out ischemia.
