Abstract

The long waits that commuters, going from Mexico to the United States (US), face every day to cross the border affects their health in several ways. Commuters express boredom, stress and feeling that they are wasting time, which they could otherwise employ to a better end. In this paper, we hypothesize that using ambient urban games is an appropriate strategy that will help commuters to reduce the level of stress that they feel while waiting.
