Abstract

The method of assessing composition of hardened concrete elaborated in Building Research Institute is relatively simple. The method is designed for determination of Portland cement, aggregate — limestone, gravel and sand contents in concrete. The error in the method does not exceed 2% in relation with volume density of concrete in case when components comply with government standards.
