Abstract
To round up the main points of the book, this coda will reiterate its key questions and the reasons to ask them: ‘who is the Author?’—to call him to accountability, but also to locate the Other Author—and ‘who is the Reader/Audience’ and what is their responsibility? Patti Smith, the author and punk-rock legend, provides means for final reflections on the authorial presence and absence, through forms of psychogeographic intertextuality in her dialogues with the dead and gravesite visitation.
