Abstract
We propose a 1 × 2 multiple-input-multiple-output with low mutual coupling. The antenna is fabricated on a low-cost FR4 substrate of dielectric constant 4.4 and thickness of 1.6 mm. A meander line structure is placed between two antenna elements to suppress the mutual coupling. Due to the integration of the meander line structure, the antennas are closely placed without affecting the MIMO parameter.
