Abstract

The article outlines the principles of designing management decision support system for the employees dealing with mental activity. The most important point of these decisions making is to evaluate the employees’ performance. This problem is described as a multi-criteria ranking issue formed in an uncertain environment. Its fuzzy relation model is also presented. By solving additive aggregation methods, solution technique is proposed. The functional blocks of the researchers’ management decision support system by referring to the evaluation results, their functioning principles and decision mechanisms are described.
