Abstract
Olecranon fractures are among the most common injuries around the elbow. In this chapter we will demonstrate the operative technique of a comminuted olecranon fracture treated by plate fixation. You will be able to see preoperative imaging, planning, patient position and every step of the surgery and the postoperative management and follow up.
