Abstract
This book was motivated to provide experienced researchers and practitioners, including those with no formal training in neuroergonomics, with a synopsis of key findings and theoretical and technical advances in neuroergonomics. Fortunately, we could deliver 22 chapters, including an introduction to the evolution of neuroergonomics, in the following five main themes which supported and drove the important opportunities for neuroergonomics research: neuroimaging methods (Part I), computational approaches (Part II), neuroergonomics assessments of cognitive and physical performance (Part III), and brain–computer interfaces (Part IV), and everyday emerging applications (Part V).
