Abstract
Three-phase Voltage Unbalance Rate (TPVUR) is an important indicator to measure power quality, whose accurate measurement requires fast and accurate extraction of fundamental sequence component. Considering harmonic interference and shortcomings that Vector Symmetric Component (VSC) is only suitable for extracting sequence components in steady-state circuits. A new measurement method of TPVUR based on Double Second Order Generalized Integrator-Phase Locked Loop (DSOGI-PLL) and Instantaneous Symmetrical Component (ISC) has been put forward. Firstly, the three-phase voltage signal is converted to the \( \alpha \beta \) signal in two-phase stationary coordinate system, and then the DSOGI-PLL and the ISC are combined to filter out the harmonics and extract the instantaneous positive sequence and negative sequence components of fundamental, thereby the real-time measurement of TPVUR are realized. Simulink simulation results show that the new method not only satisfies the real-time detection of TPVUR, but also achieves the same accuracy as the recommended algorithm in GB/T 15543-2008 and IEC-6100-4-27-2015.
