Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the formation of the informational image of the HEI, namely: natural unmanaged process of formation of informational image of HEI, informational image of HEI as an element of the system of rating of higher education, analysis of sources of formation of information image of HEI, management of the process of formation of information image. The stages of the informational image formation process are analyzed, they are shown how they are realized in two models: passive and active. The scenarios of further actions in the community are proposed in cases of low productivity (subjective, aggressive, stationary cases). The typical scenarios of the HEI information activity for the stationary case of low productivity are presented. The analysis of the integrity and completeness of coverage of the information image of the HEI is carried out. The analysis of thematic gaps in the description of the HEI and the informational case of HEI is carried out. The expert analysis of the description of the topics of the HEI, the analysis of the activity of the competitive higher educational institutions, and the analysis of the semantic structure of the WWW information space are considered.
