Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, knowledge has become the dominant capital, information has become an important resource, and the production and reproduction of knowledge has become the core of economic activities. Faced with the change of environment and the demand of researchers, how to provide better support for literature information service for scientific and technological innovation is a common problem faced by libraries. In order to meet the changing needs of metrology researchers in the digital network era, the Documentary Library of the National Institute of Metrology (hereinafter referred to as the “Metrology Documentation Library”) has further deepened its service content, established a technical platform for literature and information knowledge service, and provided literature and information knowledge services with the contents of knowledge selection and storage, knowledge reorganization and reproduction, knowledge distribution and output for researchers. It provides valuable data analysis information for the development of science and technology and policy making. Based on the analysis of the demand for innovation in metrology research, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the literature information knowledge service system of metrology literature libraries, and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.
