Abstract

David Attenborough is widely considered one of the leading conservationists of our time. His name has been associated with natural history films for more than six decades. Attenborough’s landmark series, including ‘Life on Earth,’ ‘The Living Planet,’ and ‘The Trials of Life’ have been watched by hundreds of millions of people. Attenborough succeeded in bringing nature closer to people and people closer to nature. Some of his films such as ‘State of the Planet’ are completely devoted to the conservation cause. Attenborough has inspired generations of filmmakers, nature lovers, and scientists. Today Attenborough is one of the most beloved individuals on the globe and a role model for conservationists all over the world.
