Abstract
The lower neck tumor exposed. Simultaneously mediastinotomy done. The tumor is excised from below-up technique. In this way, the uninvolved vital structures are preserved while the tumor is removed completely.
The swelling was located in the medial end of the clavicle on the left side. Hand hypoxia led to clubbing in the left hand fingers. Surgical procedure consisted of combined supraclavicular and infraclavicular incisions. The operation included resection of bony thoracic outlet abnormality, resection of aneurysm, and end-to-end left common carotid and left axillary artery anastomosis.
