Abstract
Remarkable achievements had been made during the past 65 years. China’s experience in rapid screening, detection, and treatments is now tested in Zanzibar, Africa, to control schistosomiasis transmission there. More and more African countries now have established intimate collaborations with the Chinese government in the fight against schistosomiasis. China–Africa cooperation will make a tremendous contribution to schistosomiasis control or elimination.
