Abstract
The Psychology of Working is a framework and theory developed to capture work experiences of diverse individuals. Specifically, it aims to predict one’s access to decent work based on experiences of marginalisation and discrimination. In turn, it theorises decent work as a central variable in one’s general well-being and well-being in the work place. Practice and policy implications are discussed.
