Abstract
Reticulate acropigmentation of Kitamura is an autosomal dominant condition with an onset in first to second decade of life. A 24-year-old female presented with pigmentation over face and hands since her adolescent age. Another notable finding bilateral small pits on palm and sole. Similar lesions were also present in her mother. A clinical diagnosis of reticulate acropigmentation of Kitamura was made. The condition is benign, but follows a progressive course. There is no effective treatment.
