Abstract
In this chapter the author explores the potential roles of log P (hydrophobicity), log D (pH adjusted log P) and molecular structures of phenolic acids in modifying the behavior of cucumber seedlings (Cucumis sativus) treated with phenolic acids and/or phenolic acid mixtures in solution culture.
