Abstract
Currently, the intensification of the processes of globalization and aggravation of competition for world sales markets causes a profound systemic transformation of external and internal conditions of economic activity in domestic enterprises. Under such conditions, the uncertainty of the environment becomes a characteristic feature of the modern economy and determines the need for modern approaches to the justification of the conceptual framework for managing the enterprise’s competitiveness in the context of the basic provisions of institutional theory and the evolutionary theory of economic change. The article substantiates approaches to uncertainty management as one of the basic determinants of enterprise competitiveness. The approach to the management of the competitiveness of an enterprise from the point of view of managing its dynamic abilities is considered. Is propose simultaneous use and retention of those existing and the development of the new competitive advantages, which will allow enterprise to achieve the success in the conditions of the high uncertainty of development.
