Abstract
In this article, the conditions necessary for justifying economic methods and the mechanism for the creation and production of high technology products in applied scientific organizations are determined. The system of applied scientific research that has developed in Russia is defined. It is noted that for the last 7–8 years some large Russian companies have begun to develop their own scientific and technical research centers.
The article presents an approximate scheme for arranging financing a risk innovative project by venture funds. The factors that ensure the attractiveness of the financing of the financing are determined. At the same time, it should be noted that the Russian venture company is a state fund of venture funds of the Russian Federation. It should be noted that the Russian venture company is a state fund of venture funds of the Russian Federation.
Considering the above factors, in the Russian context, in the short term, the most favorable conditions to produce science-intensive products in such traditional industries as metallurgy, machine building and, to some extent, chemistry, will be based on applied research organizations.
