Abstract

The technique of forming regional indicators of productive capacities as the dominant factor of quality of life is substantiated. Statistical indicators which reflect the development of productive capacity and quality of life are selected. They are grouped in separate blocks. Indicators of development of productive capacities and quality of life are defined. Production functions are built in the form of regression relationships between indicators and indices of production capacity and quality of life. Economic and mathematical models are developed in order to determine the standards of developing productive capacities and quality of life.
