Abstract

The article discusses the conceptual issues of formation of the competence approach to increase entrepreneurial skills in engineering and ICT studies, foreign experience of study competencies, the introduction of competence-based approach in the Russian universities, presented requirements of the labor market to an employee. The article considers teaching methods and types of schools for increasing efficiency of entrepreneurships education in formal and informal education.
