Abstract
Traditional curricula in Public Health contain courses on “Nutrition and Food Safety” and “Environmental Health”. In the present chapter we shall show that it is the epidemiologic aspect of these fields that counts in Public Health.
This is a short glimpse at two areas that are both classical and of high current interest.
