Abstract
Simulation centers of all sizes must provide professional resources to support and deliver high-quality, sustainable education that meets the needs of affiliated stakeholders. This chapter will outline the diverse staffing roles and associated breadth of expertise that is required to provide administrative, technical, educational, and managerial services associated with simulation center operations.
