Abstract
To round off the SPDM journey for our four companies, this chapter provides concluding thoughts on key elements that may be summarized as a short guide to fixing service delivery problems.

And to many more through my students and managers at school. Every year, EMBA (IESE’s Executive MBA program) students apply SPDM ideas to their companies because it is part of the course I teach. The results, so they tell me, are positive, although as there are grades involved I take that with a pinch of salt.

Does it show that I have a weakness for them? Well I do. They are three wonderful people, whom I have grown personally fond of. It usually happens with people I think the world of; it is a real pleasure to work with them.

But totally positive, as they have made the projects succeed.

Excuse me if I make so bold. I make recommendations all day and cannot end this book without making some. Furthermore, if you have read my last two books, I feel close and would like to offer you, if I may, some personal recommendations.
