Abstract
The situation of women in the Benedictine order is reflected in this chapter. The authors reflect upon the experiences female participants in leadership courses made and what can be improved in the future. They come up with a lot of helpful proposals to improve future courses regarding gender-specific issues. An example is group work in gender-separate teams where women could flourish who would not dare speak in the large group.
