Abstract
The relevance of the contribution is due to the need to study innovative development problems of industrial enterprises in the conditions of economy digitalization. In this regard, the contribution is to identify the development problems of the investment and innovative capacity of industrial enterprises in the region and ways to solve them, taking into account the need to introduce digital forms and approaches. The leading approach to this problem is the development and analysis of ways to improve the efficiency of the innovative business environment and the investment and innovative development of territories in the conditions of economy digitalization. The contribution identifies the factors of innovation activities of enterprises, forms a mechanism for managing the digital innovative development of industrial enterprises. The materials of the contribution are of practical value in the field of improving innovation activities of industrial enterprises and innovation potential of the region as a whole.
