Abstract

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the most important role of the processes of digitalization of the modern society of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter China), affecting the development of its digital economy and national security. The purpose of this article is to analyze and identify the features of the implementation of the social Credit Score system throughout China. In the process of writing the article used General scientific and private scientific research methods. The leading method of research of this problem is the comparative analysis allowing to reveal features of the implementation of the SCS system by assignment to each citizen of an individual rating. Based on the analysis, the main economic companies involved in the development of pilot algorithms of large-scale digital data processing system are identified, the positive aspects of the system implementation for the development of the country’s economy are revealed, the possible negative consequences in the field of human rights violations are revealed. The materials of the article are of practical value for scientists specializing in the study of social problems, problems of the digital economy and economic growth of Asian States, as well as specialists in the field of national security.
