Abstract

IT plays a positive role in the governance of the university, it is considered as a means of implementing a more effective policy in carrying out the activities and missions of the university through the use of systems university Information System (IS). The establishment of a university governance IS contributes to the improvement of the governance of the university through the modernization of the administrative management, the institutionalization of information, and the provision of the actors of the university. Our contribution in this article and show the usefulness of an implementation an intelligent tutoring system for the effective use of a university governance information system.
