Abstract
The use of mHealth applications in health services delivery is widely documented. However, the literature on actual usability studies conducted among migrant consumers in the United States is sparse. Migrant communities in the U.S. have been sidelined when it comes to studies in usability and acceptance of mobile health applications. This pilot study reports the findings of usability of mHealth applications from the perception of Ghanaian migrants, specifically their satisfaction using mobile technology to manage their health challenges.
