Abstract
This chapter describes the research process that includes the applied research strategies and methods used for achieving the research goals. The activities performed for achieving research goal 1 (a method for risk assessment in ITO), and research 2 (to identify the important factors in the ITO relationship) have been performed in large companies, while the activities for research goal 3 (to identify the success factors in ITO) have been performed in both large and medium-sized companies.
