Study on the Supply Chain Integration: In the Perspective of Pakistan

Abstract

This paper analyzes the formation and integration process of the network structure which are the logistics chain led by logistics integrator and supply chain led by the manufacturing integrator according to the basic category of integration field theory. This paper is a conceptual paper and discusses the development mechanism of the field source and base-nuclear in the formation and integration in the two-industry network chain. According to the integration field theory, the coopetition relationship between the manufacturing integrator and logistics integrator is to form the stable strategy allied coopetition relationship through field source, base-nuclear, and the connection key of the network chain. This research extracts the connection key among the integrators and the coopetition relationship theory in order to guide the two-industry (logistics and manufacturing) linkage development in practice.
