Abstract

Continuous development of industry, growing market requirements, tightening production, quality and efficiency standards of enterprises require the use of complex technological processes. Therefore, there is a growing need for automation and visualization used in industrial processes to meet the current requirements of Industry 4.0. One of the challenges is to minimize human work in particularly dangerous and arduous positions, as well as in places where currently used technologies are complex and their complexity is excessive. Automation, in terms of product, is used primarily where the parameters are determined by high repeatability of the activities performed, while in terms of the process it contributes to achieving high efficiency and effectiveness of production. The main goal of the research was to design a visualization system for the egg powder packaging process supporting full automation, which would improve the efficiency of the production and the quality of the collected data.
