Abstract
The motion capture technology has been applied in many fields of research after many years of development. Based on widely usage ofmotion capture technology in sports, this paper introducesthe basic principle of motion capture technique and the composition and characteristics of several common types of motion capture technology. Otherwise, it elaboratesseveral applications of motion capture technology in sports. In the paper, it mainly gives a systematic review of physical education, auxiliary referee, virtual reality training and so on.
