Abstract
Neurosurgery deals especially with the neuroanatomical structures. Their terminology is adjusted according to the latest issue of the Terminologia Neuroanatomica (a part of the standard anatomical terminology), which should be accessed free via their web link. The terminological authorities propose also the terms of newly introduced neuroanatomical structures.
