Abstract

The project managers are defined as follows: “A project role appointed by the Project Steering Committee to manage the project’s daily progress, to deliver the outputs within the agreed constraints. The Project Manager manages the Project Core Team on a daily basis”. So, the chapter describes the number of personal and professional virtues of a project manager to reach goals within the EU projects.
