Confirmation of the Parkes Period for CP 1919

Abstract

The measurement of the period of CP 1919 by Radhakrishnan, Komesaroff and Cooke1 disagrees with the value obtained at Cambridge by Hewish et al. 2 by about 21 µs, while the combined errors are less than 3 µs (Table 1).
